SuturedNotes is an AI-powered educational platform that generates study materials (MCQs, flashcards, summaries) from user-uploaded documents such as lecture slides and PDFs.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

  • You are purely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree not to upload copyrighted materials unless you hold the copyright or have permission to use them.
  • You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or to generate harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

4. Intellectual Property

The study materials generated by our AI from your uploaded documents are yours to use for educational purposes. However, the underlying technology, software, design, and branding of SuturedNotes are the exclusive property of SuturedNotes.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of SuturedNotes require a premium subscription. Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis as per your selected plan. Payments are securely processed via Polar.sh. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

The study materials generated by our AI are for educational and review purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may sometimes contain errors or inaccuracies. SuturedNotes is not liable for any academic or professional consequences resulting from the use of the generated materials. Always verify important information.
